Grenoble Drug Discovery

The Grenoble area concentrates a remarkable number of research teams with an interest in translational biology, as well as advanced platforms and facilities relevant for drug discovery and innovative therapeutic development.

The Grenoble Drug Design and Discovery Club has been created to connect scientists with an interest in these fields, foster scientific collaborations and contribute to develop and exploit opportunities arising from the concentration of expertise and resources in the area.

The club will organize several scientific events per year and is open to all scientists with an interest in any area of Drug Discovery and therapeutic development. This includes ligand screening, chemical tool development, target validation, medicinal chemistry, drug design, as well as the development of antibodies, nucleic acids or other bio-therapeutics, on both prokaryotic and eukaryotic targets, with the goal of fostering translational biology.
